Our welcome was genuinely warm. The staff remembered our names, a lovely touch. the room's daily cleaning was thorough, and fresh towels looked like magic! evenings were good, especially the turkish theme night. The food was a beautiful experience. a stroll to the beach took mere minutes, never a chore.

The food selection was quite varied. The restaurant on the pier offered high-quality options, and the cocktail selection was extensive (I especially enjoyed the mojitos). The staff throughout the hotel was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the attention from the hotel manager, Ali, who ensured a smooth experience.

The parking area felt quite limited.

The hotel features a well kept pool area. The hotel includes a private beach accessible after crossing a residential road and this is very close to the hotel, so I could go to the beach to take a bath.

The rooms are modern and well-equipped, with quiet air conditioning and a roomy safe. My Double Room Sea View included a minibar and was kept spotlessly clean daily. The furniture looked new and well-kept, contributing to a comfortable stay.

friendly staff helpful staff professional massage overly sweet glucose syrup air conditioning

i found the staff very friendly. yana and jazmine were always helpful and attentive. the massage i received at the hotel spa was very nice. yelda was a true professional.

The food was not always to my taste. i found some desserts were overly sweet due to glucose syrup content. the gym equipment needed some attention. The air conditioning was not working properly, and i saw some machines needed repair.

clean room delicious food

The room was clean. (I really appreciated that.) The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room very comfortable. I found an enormous choice of food that tasted delicious. The hotel features original alcohol bottles and no fake ones, what a relief! (that's something to value).

The hotel is not directly on the beach, so I had to walk about five minutes to reach it.
